How to activate my sim card online after arrival?

After receiving the product, please visit the activation website to fill out your travel information.  Upon arrival, please turn on your phone then turn on your “Mobile Data”. Your phone will search and connect to the signal automatically. As AT&T prepaid cards need 1 to 3 days to activate, please fill out the form as soon as possible.

How to resolve the problem if my data is unstable, and when iPhone APN disappears?

If your data is unstable, you could resolve the problems by switching mobile data into 3G. To switch your data, please follow the steps below:

iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice (or “Voice&Data”) > 3G (or turn off “4G/LTE”)

Android: Settings > More > Cellular Networks > Preferred network type > choose 2G or 3G (GSM/WCDMA)

Could I use the SIM card on my iPad?

Unfortunately, our plans are ONLY available on mobile phones, which means your SIM card can not to work on tablet, iPad, padfone or Wi-Fi router.

What happens if I run out of high-speed data?

If you run out of your high-speed data, your internet speeds will throttle in 128 kbps after data cap reached.

128 kbps: You will be able to browse websites, read and send emails, chat with friends and send pictures on messenger apps. However, video calls, skype and watching videos will not be available.

What are the T-Mobile frequencies?

4G LTE: 1700/2100 MHz AWS (Band 4) /1900 MHz (Band 2)/ 700 MHz (Band 12)

NOTICE: If your phone does not support Band 4 and Band 2, the main frequency of T-Mobile 4G LTE, please choose AT&T.

How do I check if my mobile phone model supports T-Mobile 4G frequencies in US?

4G:

The frequencies of T-Mobile 4G are Band 2,4 and 12. The main frequency is Band 4 and Band 2. Recently, there are more LTE cell sites with Band 12.
If your device supports LTE Band 4 and Band 2, you will be able to receive T-Mobile 4G signals in T-Mobile covered areas.
If your device also supports LTE Band 12, it will have a better reception.
If your device does not support LTE Band 4 and Band 2, it will use 2G(Edge) connection or even no service when there are no T-Mobile 4G LTE signals.
