Tiger Series (T-Mobile) APN Settings

What should I do if my data doesn’t connect automatically upon arrival?

Upon arrival in the United States, most mobile phones will locate the network automatically. However, if you are experiencing difficulty accessing the internet in the United States, please follow the steps below to check your APN setting.

the APN should be epc.tmobile.com (for 4G/3G)
or fast.t-mobile.com (for 4G LTE)

Please leave both username and password blank.

Android APN Settings

Settings > More > Cellular networks > Access Point Names >

*Delete the original APN first, and then add the APN manually.

add on the right upper corner  epc.tmobile.com > save > restart your phone

iPhone APN Settings

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
After resetting, please follow the steps below to set your APN:
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network > APN

In iOS system, minor bugs may occur and cause the APN to disappear, please follow the steps below to automatically setup an auto check for available network on your device.

  1. Please open http://coupf.com/tmobile in Safari. (Chrome will not be able to activate the page.)
    NOTICE: If you have already set up “Profiles & Devices Management”, please delete it first.
  2. Please install it. The file will set your APN for you automatically.
  3. After finishing your install, please restart your device then check your network.
  4. If you are still unable to access internet, please call “ #766# ” to check your network

 

If you still cannot solve your problems, please contact MOST SIM via email [email protected] and provide these details:

  1. Screenshot of your “APN name” (Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network > APN)
  2. Screenshot of  your “Carrier services” (Settings > Mobile Data > Carrier services)
  3. Your accurate location currently
  4. Your phone model
